These terms apply to your use of this website. BrightCover Insurance is a trade name of Saguaro Home and Auto LLC, a licensed insurance agency in Arizona. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Descriptions of coverage on this site are general summaries for information only. They are not an offer of insurance, not a contract, and not a guarantee of coverage or price. Only the policy issued by the insurance company determines what is covered.

Nothing on this site binds coverage, and that includes the quote form. Coverage begins only when an insurance company issues a policy or a binder. If you need coverage in force by a particular date or time, speak to us directly and get written confirmation.

We are an agency, not an insurer

BrightCover Insurance is an insurance agency, not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, set rates or decide claims. Those are the insurance company's decisions.

We are an independent agency and place business with the insurance companies we are appointed with. We do not represent every insurer or every product available in Arizona.

Where we are licensed

We are licensed to transact insurance in Arizona. This website is directed at residents of that state. We do not solicit business where we are not licensed.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but insurance rules, carrier appetite, pricing and availability change constantly, and descriptions of coverage here are general. We make no warranty that the site is complete, current or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Where this site describes Arizona legal requirements, such as minimum auto liability limits, it is a summary and not legal advice. The statute and the regulator govern.

Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. How much coverage you need depends on your own circumstances. Talk to us, and where appropriate to your own attorney or accountant.
