How we got here

Christopher Araiza started as a licensed insurance agent in 2017, at Infinity Insurance. The focus since then has not really changed: helping people find affordable insurance with coverage that is genuinely good, built around what they need and what they can actually budget for.

Being independent is the part that matters most to the people we work with. It means we can go looking across more than 40 carriers for a competitive rate, rather than defending whatever one company happens to charge this year.

The agency has operated under the BrightCover Insurance name since November 2025.

What we do

For most of the people we work with that means a home and two cars, often with an umbrella on top, and sometimes a business that needs general liability and a commercial vehicle. Keeping those together in one place is how the gaps between them get found.

Our work is the comparison and the explanation. We take what you have now, look at what you would actually have to replace, quote it across the carriers we are appointed with, and then sit down and tell you where the policies differ. That last part is the part most people have never had done for them.

How we work

• We say what is not covered. Exclusions, waiting periods and sub-limits get stated out loud, before you sign, not discovered during a claim.
• We do not sell on fear. If your current policy is already the better deal, we will tell you so and you can keep it.
• Affordable and adequate are not the same thing. State minimum limits are a legal floor, not a recommendation. We will quote them if you ask, and we will tell you plainly what they leave you exposed to.
• We stay reachable. Changes, renewals and claims go through us, not a queue.

BrightCover Insurance is an insurance agency, not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, set rates or decide claims. Those are the insurance company's decisions.

We are an independent agency and place business with the insurance companies we are appointed with. We do not represent every insurer or every product available in Arizona.
